By accessing or using the Claw Prime AI website, marketplace, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Claw Prime AI provides:

• ClawMart: a marketplace for AI agent personas, skills, and automation pipelines
• Agent Tools: software products for building and managing AI agent workflows
• Content & Resources: blog posts, guides, and documentation on AI agent operations

Digital Products

Products sold through ClawMart are digital goods — agent personas, skills, pipelines, and configuration files. These are delivered electronically and are subject to the payment terms below.

Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms are specified per product at the time of purchase
• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Digital products (skills, tools, workflows, agent personas) cannot be returned once downloaded. If a product does not function as described, contact us and we will fix the issue or push an updated version.
• Subscription services may be cancelled at any time — remaining billing period is not refunded

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and product designs — is the property of Claw Prime AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Products purchased through ClawMart grant you a non-exclusive license to use the product for your own purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to us. We use your data solely to deliver our services and do not claim any ownership rights over it. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
