How We Got Here
Vince and Chad spent 25+ years in restaurants — every station, every shift, every crisis. They know what it's like to be in the weeds on a slammed Friday night when the printer won't stop and the dishwasher just called out.
When they started Claw Prime, the first problem they solved was their own. They built AI agents to handle the admin work that eats small businesses alive — scheduling, vendor management, content creation, client follow-up, financial reporting.
Those tools worked so well that other businesses started asking for them. That's when Claw Prime stopped being a restaurant company and became an AI automation company. We still deploy to restaurants — but we also deploy to any business drowning in operational busywork.

Sell what works

His restaurant background means he builds tools for real operational pressure — not theoretical use cases. Every system is designed to survive a Friday night rush.
Chad
“Smokey” — Co-founder
25+ years in restaurants, now Claw Prime's deployment and operations lead. Chad is the one who makes sure AI tools actually work in the real world — not just in demos.
He handles client onboarding, tool deployment, and hands-on support. If something breaks at 6 AM, Chad's already on it.
